Parker's is originally from Santa Cruz. Parker Wilson started "Parker's Jumbo Dogs" in the late 1940's in the Santa Cruz area. By 1955, Parker's was well established and was located in Capitola by then. Parker passed away in the 1970's. Parker's son, John Parker, opened the first Parker's in Roseville in 1997, upon his retirement from the Air Force. He brought the family business to Roseville where the original recipes and dedication to quality were honoured year around. Here at Parker's, we strive to offer customers a quality product, every time. That's why we serve our hot dogs in their natural casing, so you can enjoy that snap you get when you bite into an old fashioned, 100% beef hot dog. Additionally, we offer turkey dogs, vegetable dogs, and even soy dogs. We're also known for our famous house-made chili, which has a slight kick, but is actually mild to some folks. Our dedication to quality has since paid off, as we were featured on the Travel Channel's popular show, Man v. Food, where Adam Richmond took on our Chili Dog Challenge and lost! So, when you're feeling hungry, don't be a stranger. Come to Parker's and dine in our restaurant, or enjoy the convenience of takeout or delivery. Or give us a call and ask how we can cater your next event. Our freshly baked buns and succulent sausages make us one of the most popular hot dog brands in Roseville. All our recipes are made from scratch, including most of our sauces.
